Letter from the Secretary-General of SEZMUN'25

 

Esteemed Delegates, Honorable Advisors, Distinguished Guests,

 

I’m İpek Şendoğan and it is an honour to welcome you all as the Secretary General, to SEZMUN 2025. Along with me our Deputy Secretary General Nil Çelikten and the rest of our team will help you throughout the conference. In this conference, we are going to address the issue of: ‘’Maintaining Global Security and Justice in Today’s World.’’

 

As the world develops more problems start to emerge. In today’s world, global security and justice are among our biggest concerns. These challenges can no longer be resolved by governments alone. It also requires trust and cooperation between humans and the nations. And justice comes along with providing security. A nation can not stand firmly without justice. The mechanism of justice  is like a reflection of a country itself. You can truly understand a nation only by looking at its justice system.

Throughout this conference, we encourage you to all participate and share your opinions. Also we want you to be open minded to other delegates' ideas and work collaboratively to create well designed resolutions.

We hope that SEZMUN 2025 will be efficient for you and help you to gain more awareness and knowledge about this serious issue.
